Many boxing analysts have concluded that Manny Pacquiao is nothing without his speed when it comes to fighting other players in the ring. Boxers who are gifted with extraordinary prowess like speed, power and super fast reflexes heavily rely on their gift to succeed on the ring. They lack the much-needed basic boxing lessons that other fighters have.
Although Pacquiao heavily relies on these gifts he is certainly not slowing down or even show signs of deterioration. Pacquiao seems to be faster and stronger than he was ever before. With just a couple of months, before they battle it out in Las Vegas, Pacquiao and Marquez are the hottest topic in town. The fight that is scheduled to take place on November 12 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena is creating buzz with many of the crowd. Executive chief Richard Schaeffer is determined enough that Pacquiao will be floor Marquez again in their last third fight.
“Marquez will not win, Pacquiao will win,” Schaeffer said. “Marquez always comes to fight. It’s not gonna be easy for Pacquiao, but Pacquiao knows that it’s gonna be a good fight.”
Pacquiao and Marquez has fought it twice, their first meeting took place on 2004 and their second fight in 2008, with both fights being controversial and rumors. But Marquez isn’t the only one seeking for attention, Marquez has been drawing huge crowds by drinking his own urine while training.
Fredie Roach’s idea of drinking one’s urine is ridiculous and may not even give the benefits that it really needs in the fight. “This is ridiculous. It’s a waste system. We have a waste system for a reason,” Roach said. “Waste means we throw it away.”
This year will be the busiest year for the boxing world, with Pacquiao vs Marquez battling it out in November, Mayweather is also going to make his return against Ortiz this September.
